This series spawned as a thesis project REAP developed under the tutelage of renowned artist and mentor, professor Ben Jones. The totality of the Temptation Series II creates a rhythm and movement, which defines temptation, reluctantly drawing the viewer into a world both sublime and threatening. Michelangelo’s influence is present, in juxtaposition with elements found in Benin masks.
